Salesforce / Digital Marketing
Art Director at Salesforce
I spanned a multitude of different projects and work streams during my time on the digital team within the Marketing Org at Salesforce. Most notably during the year and a half I was on the team I helped to implement a new design system, transitioned the digital creative team to working in Figma, optimized forms design for higher lead conversion, helped migrate a refreshed design of the homepage and blog to wordpress, and created visual style guides/sticker sheets to refresh salesforce.com and other digital channels. Below you will find a sampling of some of the work I created, more work available upon request.
The Project: The Role Based Newsletter was a new newsletter subscription for a user based on the role that they are interested in, for example "Marketing". It was the first newsletter subscription fo r Salesforce that allowed the user to multi-select the roles they were interested in.
My Role/Process: Art Director working with creative director oversight to create the creative for each placement that promoted the newsletter. I was integral in the design of the email templates as well as helping to inform the sign up placements on salesforce.com.
Resource Center banner placements, social channel promos and multi-select form
The Project: Forms optimization design and user flow. Lead capture is an integral and arguably the most important function on saleforce.com to a user becoming a customer.
My Role/Process: Art Director working with associate creative director oversight to optimize design for all of salesforce.com forms from demo to event to free trial sign ups. The team worked under ongoing testing and optimizing based on performance. One of my key roles was to bring the form templates into the new design system and A/B test visuals to see what performed best.
